FibrePros is committed to providing professional telecommunications and networking services throughout Newcastle, Maitland, Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, Hunter Valley, and surrounding areas.

By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Warranty

FibrePros provides a workmanship warranty on installations and services performed by our technicians.

  • The warranty period extends from the date shown on the invoice or receipt.
  • Unless otherwise stated, workmanship is covered for a period of twelve (12) months from the completion date.
  • Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.
  • Warranty claims must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the issue is identified.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by storms, lightning, flooding, fire, or other natural events.
  • Damage caused by animals, pests, or third parties.
  • Customer modifications or alterations to the installation.
  • Equipment supplied by the customer.
  • Changes to Starlink, NBN, internet provider, or other third-party services.
  • Environmental changes that affect performance, including tree growth or new structures.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Starlink & Internet Services

FibrePros provides installation and networking services relating to customer-owned equipment.

We do not control:

  • Starlink network performance
  • NBN network performance
  • Internet service provider performance
  • Service outages
  • Future speed variations

Internet speeds and service performance may vary due to factors outside our control.

Additional Works

Quoted prices apply only to the agreed scope of work.

Additional charges may apply where:

  • Additional materials are required.
  • Additional labour is required.
  • Site conditions differ from those described.
  • Additional cable runs or conduit are requested.
  • Custom work is requested after installation has commenced.

Any additional costs will be discussed before proceeding where reasonably possible.

Call-Out Fees

A service call fee may apply where:

  • Access is unavailable.
  • The customer is not present at the agreed appointment time.
  • Required equipment is unavailable.
  • The issue is found not to be related to work previously completed by FibrePros.

Property Damage

FibrePros will take reasonable care while carrying out work.

In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our workmanship, FibrePros reserves the right to inspect and rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe before any third-party repair arrangements are made.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All supplied materials remain the property of FibrePros until payment has been received in full.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FibrePros’ liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or re-supply of the services provided.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
